 RES Management has built a reputation for producing quality spit roast meat services to the corporate and private market.
Trying to move away from the norm, but keeping
the original quality of the spit roast cooked meats
experience, we have expanded the menu to
include venison, hog roast, wild boor, lamb, goat
and poultry.
From an individual spit roast machine to a large presentation
trailer containing two machines and serving area we can cater
for all size events and requirements.
Menus can vary from a simple hog roast in a roll with apple
sauce and crackling to a full meal including salad and other
main items.
